Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Legal Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be a key legal advisor to our business, providing guidance on corporate and commercial law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
    • Risk Management: Identify legal risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  • Corporate Transactions: Support M&A, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
    • Dispute Resolution: Manage pre-litigation and litigation matters.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on legal strategy.
    • Training and Awareness: Conduct legal and compliance training for employees and management.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and interpret laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • General Advisory: Provide timely, accurate, and practical business advice.
Corporate Secretarial Responsibilities:
  • Manage all corporate secretarial functions.
    • Organize and coordinate Board and Committee meetings.
  • Draft Directors' Reports and ensure timely statutory filings.
  • Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with the Companies Act.
  • Maintain accurate records of all secretarial matters.
  • Handle day-to-day secretarial tasks and ensure governance best practices.
