Health Consultant Intern

About the Health Consultant Intern role:

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our remote team as a Health Consultant Intern. In this client-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for new clients, building trust and simplifying health concepts to ensure they feel supported and understood.

This internship is ideal for final-year students or fresh graduates who want to build a career in health, wellness, and client communication while gaining real-world experience in digital health consulting.

Your responsibilities will include conducting 1:1 video consultations with new clients, actively listening to their challenges and health goals, educating them about holistic health practices, and providing empathetic guidance on the most suitable next steps.

  • Conduct 1:1 video consultations (15–20 mins) with new clients
  • Listen actively to clients' challenges and health goals
  • Educate clients about holistic health practices in simple terms
  • Provide empathetic guidance on the most suitable next steps
  • Maintain accurate notes and records of all consultations
  • Collaborate with senior health coaches for client support when needed
