Job Title: Data Insights Analyst

This role focuses on supporting the Operations team by tracking and coordinating insurance policy renewals. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with consultants to develop reports and presentations for client meetings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate client insurance renewals across various locations.
  • Manage deliverables before, during, and after renewal or implementation.
  • Develop reporting and presentation materials for client meetings based on client requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of overall experience.
  • Prior experience in HR Operations with knowledge of Workday Taleo application preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS-Excel and MS-Word.
