Job Title: Data Engineering Lead

This is a key role in driving the strategic direction of our data engineering team. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of high-quality data ingestion and validation processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data pipelines, data validation, and AI-enhanced quality frameworks. They will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable data solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Quality Management: Develop and implement data quality standards and metrics to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Design and Implement Scalable Data Solutions: Design and implement scalable data pipelines and validation systems that can handle large volumes of data.
  • Lead Development Team: Lead a team of engineers and analysts to develop and maintain data solutions.
  • AI and Machine Learning Integration: Integrate AI and machine learning models into data solutions to enhance data quality and insights.
  • Data Governance and Reporting: Partner with stakeholders to identify and address reporting gaps or escalations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6-10 years of experience in data engineering, data quality, or analytics engineering roles.
  • Skills: Proficient in Python, Alteryx, SQL, and cloud data platforms like Snowflake.
  • Qualifications: Deep understanding of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data validation best practices.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
