Job Title: Senior CQV Trainer

We are seeking an experienced CQV professional to join our team in a key leadership role. As a senior trainer, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs for Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation activities across various industries.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute CQV training strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Create and deliver high-quality training content, including manuals, guides, and workshops.
  • Mentor junior CQV engineers and act as a subject matter expert in audits and inspections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CQV activities into projects.
  • Conduct remote training sessions and provide technical support to clients.
  • Drive continuous improvement and risk-based validation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on CQV experience in the pharma and/or medical device industries.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, including GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO 13485.
  • Expertise in validation lifecycle software and document management systems.
  • Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
