We are seeking a seasoned procurement specialist to manage the acquisition of office interior materials and services. This key role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including vendors, design teams, and finance departments, to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead end-to-end purchase operations for office interior projects, guaranteeing timely delivery of materials and budget alignment.
  • Develop and execute cost-efficient purchasing strategies to optimize resources and enhance profitability.
  • Foster robust vendor relationships to secure quality, competitive pricing, and reliability.
  • Identify and onboard new vendors; negotiate favorable terms and contracts that align with business objectives.
  • Manage supplier evaluations and risk assessments to maintain quality and compliance standards.
  • Oversight of purchase orders, contracts, and price negotiations with vendors to maximize value for the organization.
  • Closely coordinate with cross-functional teams to synchronize purchase workflows and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Sourcing high-quality materials that meet project specifications and financial parameters.
  • Track purchase timelines and coordinate logistics for efficient delivery to sites.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies and industry standards in all purchase activities.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or service excellence.
  • Monitor vendor performance and refine vendor selection and management processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Introduce best practices in purchase management to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications & Competencies
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchase management within the interior design, construction, or civil industry.
  • Civil engineering or equivalent background preferred.
  • Proven track record in vendor coordination, contract management, and material sourcing.
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines seamlessly.
  • Proficiency with purchase management tools, ERP systems, and MS Office is an asset.
