Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support our team in generating high-quality service delivery and achieving successful outcomes for clients.

The successful candidate will collaborate with global regions on the rollout of internal systems and be responsible for:

  • Assisting with data capture, organization, storage, and analysis for creating and maintaining cost indices and escalation
  • Upkeeping construction project cost database, including data capture, cleaning, organization, storage, and analysis
  • Managing large amounts of data in Excel
  • Collaborating with cost estimators/quantity surveyors to fill in holes in data
  • Contributing to the process for collection, capture, and utilization of historic data
  • Performing other duties as supervisor or senior leadership deem necessary
  • Coordinating with senior and technical staff

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree + 2 years relevant experience
  • Firm decision-making abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in data analysis and data management
  • Understanding of IT technology including Intranet, MS Windows, MS Office Suites
  • Experience with Microsoft suite particularly managing data in Excel and SharePoint preferred
  • SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, and Tableau skills beneficial
  • Attention to details
  • Experience managing and analyzing large data sets will be beneficial
  • Interest or experience in construction industry or how things go together
  • Motivated to work independently and ability to work as part of a team
  • Dedication to current/continued pursuit of registrations
  • Excellent English communication skills
