We are seeking a highly skilled Account Expansion Specialist to join our team in North India. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding existing accounts and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expand existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to execute business strategies for verticals and ensure Black Box has strong relationships within customer organizations.
  • Monitor gross margins of existing business and generate profitable growth through margin improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Over 15 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the IT Services and Consulting industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve high Total Contract Value (TCV) annually in quota-carrying roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas of improvement in delivered margins.
