Job Title: AI Solutions Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our growing team as an AI Solutions Developer. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in designing, developing, and productionalizing machine learning applications.

The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating models, training, and/or fine-tuning them for optimal performance. Additionally, they will develop Gen AI-based solutions for customers, leveraging their expertise in natural language processing and deep learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Build AI Applications: Develop scalable machine learning pipelines on cloud platforms, involving data warehouses, machine learning platforms, dashboards, or CRM tools.
  • Evaluate Machine Learning Models: Perform thorough analysis to evaluate LLM responses and iteratively modify prompts to improve LLM performance.
  • Develop Prompts and Analyze Data: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to analyze and preprocess datasets for prompt development.
  • Deploy Machine Learning Models: Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments for real-life applications.
  • Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision: Good understanding of NLP, CV, or other deep learning techniques.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Python, NumPy, Pandas, and various ML libraries (e.g., XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain).
  • CLOUD Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms and their machine learning services.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
