Generative AI Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering structured developer sprints centered around AI.

This role combines hands-on engineering with mentoring experience to guide developer teams. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about generative AI and developer enablement (DevRel). You will have the chance to work with a talented team of engineers and make a real impact on our products.

  • Expert-level knowledge of GitHub Copilot and Amazon Q features, including Copilot Chat agents and Amazon Q's /dev command.
  • Advanced prompt engineering skills for both platforms.
  • Understanding of Copilot Enterprise and Amazon Q for Business, including RAG and internal codebase reasoning.
  • Intermediate understanding of LLM fundamentals, AI ethics, and security practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong problem-solving mindset and diagnostic skills.
  • Recent experience in: Java, Python, and/or Visual Studio Code.
  • Passion for generative AI and developer enablement (DevRel).

Bonus Requirements

The following qualifications are not required but would be beneficial:

  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) and familiarity with DevOps practices.
  • Active contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.

Compensation

Salary range: $5/hr to $25/hr+ depending on your skills, experience, and education.
