Lead Quality Specialist

  • This is an opportunity to assume responsibility for upholding high-quality standards in 3D products and contribute to the success of a dynamic team.

About the Role:

  • To ensure exceptional quality in our 3D products, set and maintain high visual standards (realism, lighting, layout).
  • Audit editor work, track rework trends, and lead corrective actions to prevent errors and improve efficiency.
  • Work with trainers to upskill based on real data, ensuring the team has the skills needed to deliver high-quality results.
  • Create SOPs, streamline workflows, and speed up editing without losing quality, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all projects.
  • Boost Jeeves scores, reduce rework, and help grow internal editing adoption by implementing effective processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in virtual staging.
  • QA or team lead experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Blender, and 3DsMax, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • A data-driven mindset, strong visual feedback skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional quality.
  • A degree in Architecture, 3D Product Designing, or a related field.
