Job Title: Compliance Program Manager
About the Role:
This strategic position oversees a geographically distributed team of compliance specialists who ensure physical security compliance across multiple data center locations.
The role involves ensuring all sites meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements, developing compliance frameworks, conducting audits, and implementing control measures to manage risk.
Key responsibilities include reporting on compliance findings, recommending corrective actions, and collaborating across teams to improve policies, training, and overall security posture.
You will also supervise, mentor, and recruit team members, conduct and support audits and evaluations, and work closely with data center operations to identify potential compliance risks and implement solutions for improvement.
In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for delivering clear and timely reports, conducting training sessions, leading webinars, and facilitating meetings to enhance compliance awareness.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, law, or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of progressive compliance experience, or a combination of both.
Additionally, 3+ years of experience managing people is necessary, as well as exceptional organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and a proactive solution-oriented mindset.
Collaboration across global and regional teams, proficiency in Microsoft office tools, and the ability to speak, read, and write in English proficiently are also essential.
This role involves travel (Up to 50% of the time), so a passion for travel and flexibility to accommodate domestic and international trips are a must.
