We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Architectural Development Manager to lead our business growth in the architect and interior designer segment.

  • This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth, increase market penetration, and expand our reach in the premium and decorative paint segment.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the dynamics within the architecture and interior design ecosystem, strong business development skills, and the ability to influence design specifications. They should also possess excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and nurture long-term relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth & Business Expansion:

  • Drive sales and business development through the architect and design community, ensuring our products are specified in mid / large-scale projects.
  • Expand our reach in the premium and decorative paint segment by closely working with architectural firms and design consultants.
  • Work with our sales team to track and convert design specifications into sales, ensuring follow-through from design to project completion.

Partnership & Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers to ensure brand loyalty and repeat business.
  • Engage with leading architectural and interior design firms to showcase innovative solutions, products, and services that meet the evolving needs of design professionals.

Market Insights & Trends:

  • Provide updates on the latest trends in architecture, interior design, and construction to anticipate and respond to market needs.
  • Provide feedback to our marketing and product teams on industry trends and customer preferences to shape product offerings and marketing strategies.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with our local sales, DB, and HO, marketing, and technical teams to ensure that our business strategy is executed effectively and achieves desired results.
