Key Responsibilities- Creative Collaboration: Work directly with product marketing teams to brainstorm and produce high-quality artwork across digital and print formats.
- Execution: Be hands-on and responsible for producing creative work quickly and efficiently, delivering consistently high-quality results and adapting to tight deadlines.
- Concept Development: Independently plan and develop creative concepts by studying brand guidelines and analyzing industry competitors.
- Project Management: Take complete ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely completion according to established timelines.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all design deliverables consistently meet quality standards and partner guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a similar field.
- 5+ years of seasoned creative experience in an agency or startup setting.
- Proficient in online and print design, as well as video tools such as Canva, Figma, and InVideo.
- Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Experience with integrating AI into daily design work is highly desirable.
- Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in MS Office software.
