Job Title: Creative Content Specialist

Creative content specialists are responsible for crafting engaging and persuasive copy to drive marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital media, social platforms, websites, email communications, print materials, scripts, and more.

They must develop compelling taglines, headlines, and long-form content that aligns with the brand voice and marketing objectives. Adaptability is key as they need to adapt tone and style to fit different brands, audiences, and campaign goals.

The role involves working closely with designers, art directors, and strategists to develop innovative creative concepts. Brainstorming sessions help generate fresh campaign ideas, while collaboration with account managers ensures a deep understanding of client needs and effective messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and edit engaging copy for various formats and platforms.
  • Develop compelling taglines, headlines, and long-form content.
  • Adapt tone and style to fit different brands, audiences, and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with designers, art directors, and strategists to develop innovative creative concepts.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh campaign ideas.
  • Work closely with account managers to understand client needs and translate briefs into effective messaging.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in copywriting (advertising agency experience preferred).
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
  • Able to write for multiple formats and platforms.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
