Accounts Receivable Position Overview

  • Manage the entire accounts receivable process to ensure timely invoicing and accurate record-keeping.
  • Support the accounts payable process as needed to maintain healthy cash flow and vendor relationships.
  • Follow up diligently with customers to ensure prompt payments and resolve outstanding invoices.
  • Track, monitor, and report on collection activities, highlighting delays or issues, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of Experience in AR processes, with hands-on experience in collections.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills for customer follow-ups.
  • Ability to work with accounting software and spreadsheets.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
