Data Migration Expert

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a critical role in our data migration project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data conversion, migration, and cleaning from multiple source systems to ensure seamless transition.
- Create EIBs and Advanced Loads to convert and validate data into the Workday system.
- Identify anomalies in data and rectify conversion errors to guarantee accuracy.
- Develop and utilize data mapping tools to support conversion efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deliver results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Active HCM Workday certification is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Data Conversion Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of data conversion methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
