Job Opportunity

A cloud expert is needed to collaborate with our infrastructure operations and engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automation technology for infrastructure platforms, such as VMware vRealize Suite and VMWare Cloud Foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the operations and engineering team to understand, manage, and maintain the platform, and provide support for private cloud customers.
  • Understand the requirements related to security, scalability, availability, and performance of the private cloud infrastructure.
  • Monitor the performance of the cloud infrastructure and resolve technical problems.
  • Coordinate with vendors, internal business units, and internal customers to resolve problems and share best practices.
  • Ensure the security of production infrastructure systems and tools.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in supporting private cloud infrastructure based on the VMware platform.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure platform automation technology products like VMware vRealize Suite and VMWare Cloud Foundation.
  • Experience in Linux/Windows system configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Good knowledge of DevOps technologies, cloud-based provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
