As a vital part of our dynamic team, we are seeking an accomplished HR professional to collaborate with fast-growing e-commerce ventures in Delhi.

The role will focus on establishing and refining HR processes, ensuring compliance, managing talent acquisition, fostering employee engagement, and promoting best practices within a cutting-edge startup environment.

This is a strategic part-time/consulting position, ideal for HR experts who wish to leverage their expertise across multiple organizations while enabling founders to concentrate on scaling the business.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with startup growth strategies.
  2. Drive end-to-end recruitment – from sourcing and shortlisting to onboarding talented professionals.
  3. Create engaging initiatives to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture among employees.
  4. Establish performance management systems including OKRs/KPIs and appraisal cycles.
  5. Ensure HR compliance with labor laws, ESIC, PF, and other statutory requirements.
  6. Counsel founders and leadership teams on organizational design and talent strategy.
  7. Support training and development programs to upskill employees.
  8. Manage employee relations, grievances, and conflicts.
  9. Oversee payroll coordination and HRMS implementation.
  10. Provide strategic insights for scaling the workforce while preserving startup agility.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 7–12 years' experience in HR, preferably with strong exposure to startups or e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated expertise in setting up HR frameworks for fast-growing organizations.
