Job Title: AI Infrastructure Engineer

The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement scalable AI infrastructure for large language models (LLMs).

  • Develop efficient infrastructure for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of LLMs.
  • Create and maintain automated deployment pipelines for LLM updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices for AI operations.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of LLM deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of cloud-native architectures for LLM deployment.
  • Design and develop containerization and microservices solutions.
  • Implement observability tools for monitoring and troubleshooting LLM performance.
  • Partner with data science and research teams to streamline LLM development and deployment.
  • Ensure the security, compliance, and responsible AI guardrails are in place for safe and ethical LLM usage.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in AI infrastructure deployment and scaling.
  • Proficiency in MLOps frameworks (Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud-native architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices.
  • Solid understanding of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
  • Deep knowledge of model evaluation, drift detection, prompt management, and AI safety guardrails.
  • Programming expertise in Python and Bash scripting.
  • Experience with vector databases and RAG pipelines.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Knowledge of AI safety, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
