Game Artist Position

We are seeking a skilled Game Artist to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for creating high-quality in-game art assets and designing UI asset packs for mobile/web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create polished in-game art assets (characters, props, environments, VFX, icons) using industry-standard software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
  • Design UI asset packs for mobile/web apps (components, states, layouts) that meet the highest standards of visual hierarchy, readability, and accessibility.
  • Maintain style guides and ensure visual consistency across screens and states.
  • Collaborate with designers/PMs/engineers and ship on clear timelines.
  • Minimum 4 hours/day commitment required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong portfolio showing 2D game art and UI work with links provided.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Understanding of visual design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to export and handoff assets efficiently, including naming, slicing, densities, and asset optimisation.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of 3D modeling and texturing using tools like Blender or Maya.
  • Experience with motion/UI micro-interactions, particle/VFX, and iconography.
  • Previous work in EdTech, HealthTech, FinTech, or Fitness products.
