Leads a cluster of farms to achieve optimal production and operations in an agricultural management role.

• Develops and implements production plans, logistics, and customer delivery metrics to ensure efficient supply of SKUs to consumers.
• Collaborates with the sales team to forecast market trends and plan production accordingly.
• Executes contracting farming activities with network farmers, ensuring compliance with established practices.
• Mobilizes and trains farmers in regenerative organic production methods.
• Monitors farming activities to prevent chemical usage and ensures adherence to specified protocols.
• Manages collection centers, receiving vegetables from farmers, sorting, grading, and storage.
• E nsures produce quality and works closely with operations teams to supply produce to Collection Centre/Distribution Centre.
• Plans RAC level input production based on vegetable production plans.
• Works with technical teams to execute regenerative agriculture practices and provides feedback from the field.

• The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in agricultural management, excellent leadership skills, and knowledge of regenerative agriculture practices.
