EBS Technologist

The role of an Oracle EBS Apps Database Administrator involves supporting the upgrade or e-business suite initiative. Key responsibilities include planning and executing Oracle EBS R12.1.x to R12.2.X upgrades, performing pre-upgrade analysis, cloning, patching, cutover execution, and monitoring application environments.

• Plan and execute Oracle EBS R12.1.x to R12.2.X upgrade
• Pre-upgrade analysis, cloning, patching, cutover execution
• Perform installation, configuration and maintain or EBS Tech stack components
• Monitor and Manage application environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Pre-Prod, Production)
• Execute Patches, DB Upgrades and online patching
• Conduct impact analysis and work with development team for retrofitting and testing.
• Follow oracle recommended best practices and compliances.
• Support cut-over planning and execution
• Provide post-upgrade support including troubleshooting and patch management.
