Senior Associate Finance & Accounts Job Description

A key role in the financial operations of a company or organization, managing financial records and preparing reports to inform business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and other financial statements.
  2. Preparing and analyzing financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  3. Developing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards.
  4. Managing the tax and audit functions, including preparation of tax returns and coordination of external audits.
  5. Developing financial models and conducting analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  6. Managing working capital requirements and cash flow forecasting.
