Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Instrumentation Engineer to take on key responsibilities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare design deliverables, including Design Basis, Instrumentation & Control system Specifications, and I/O List.
  • Create Functional loop schematics, Logic Diagrams, Inst. Datasheets, Installation drawings, and Hook&up diagrams.
  • Develop Cable Tray lay outs, Control room lay outs, Cable and Junction Box Schedule, Wiring and Interconnection drawings, Loop Wiring Diagram, MTO, Construction/Erection Tender, CAPEX support documents.
  • Participate in inter-disciplinary activities, including P&ID review and update, 3D Model review, IDR/IDC, and Equipment layouts.
  • Perform design calculations, such as Inst. Sizing, Control Valve Sizing, Flow meter sizing, Safety valve sizing, Air and power consumption calculations, Thermowell Wake freq. calculations, UPS Sizing, Transformer sizing, Cable tray sizing, cable sizing.
  • Familiarize yourself with relevant codes and standards applicable to FMCG Plants and NEC standards.
  • Know wiring schemes for ESD/DCS and RTU/SCADA hardware specification and instrument selection for All types of field instruments.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Mastery of engineering software and tools.
  • Detailed knowledge of instrumentation and control systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
