We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Technical Instructional Designer to lead our learning strategy initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:- Learning Content Development: Design and develop engaging, learner-centric technical content for internal teams and external audiences.
- Complex Problem-Solving: Translate complex business use cases and product features into clear, accessible learning modules using AI-assisted content creation.
- Personalized Learning Experiences: Create scalable and adaptive learning paths and personalized learning experiences across multiple modalities.
- Evaluation and Assessment: Build assessment frameworks including practical challenges, scenario-based evaluations, and competency-based certifications.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation, generate learning scenarios, and optimize instructional effectiveness.
- Implement AI-powered personalization engines to create adaptive learning experiences based on learner progress and preferences.
- Use generative AI for rapid prototyping of learning content, automated quiz generation, and content localization.
- Apply AI-driven analytics to continuously improve learning outcomes and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate, timely, and impactful training content aligned with product releases.
- Develop certification programs, product release training, developer onboarding paths, and just-in-time learning resources synchronized with the product roadmap.
- Create technical sandbox environments, interactive labs, and simulation exercises.
- Design learning content for emerging technologies.
- Partner with L&D, product, and technical leadership to conduct comprehensive learning needs assessments, identify skill gaps, and measure learning ROI through advanced analytics.
- Apply modern instructional design methodologies with rapid iteration cycles.
- Implement learning analytics and data-driven optimization to continuously enhance learning effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional learning strategy initiatives and mentor junior instructional designers.
Skill Requirements:
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Expertise in AI-enhanced content development and implementation.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
- Experience with learning analytics and data-driven optimization.
