Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to contribute to data analysis and mapping, system configuration, implementation, and training for new and existing clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement the integration of Payments solutions into Global Payplus platforms.
  • Determine project requirements and needs through client consultation and analysis.
  • Configure system parameters and controls based on client best practices and processes.
  • Conduct data analysis and mapping activities for assigned applications.
  • Provide on-site or remote support during client conversions and system testing.
  • Facilitate database validation work sessions with clients to ensure seamless integration.
  • Analyze and report potential risks during projects and develop mitigation plans to minimize impact.
  • Communicate project scope, status, and risks to stakeholders through regular updates.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with Finastra products like GPP (Global PAYplus).
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant area, preferably within financial institutions or software companies.
  • Client-facing service experience is essential.
  • Software implementation, support, or training experience is highly desirable.
  • Project management disciplines are preferred but not necessary.
