We are seeking an experienced AS400 Developer to join our team.
Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications on the AS400 platform. This includes designing, coding, testing, and implementing solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 2-6 years of development industry experience with exposure to the complete life cycle of development at least once on CLP/RPG/RPGLE on commercial applications.
- Extensive knowledge of AS400 technology (RPGLE, CLLE, DB2), ILE, including modules, service programs, and modular programming in ILE-RPG.
- Appreciation and knowledge of effort estimation, unit testing, and execution of SIT & UAT with another vendor and project implementation.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting during various phases of development.
- Reasonable working experience of coding new (and changing) complex CL programs.
- Knowledge of DB2 concepts and associated methodologies.
