**Job Title:** Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to manage key financial functions, ensure compliance, and provide valuable insights to support our organization's growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Maintain the general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations in accordance with accounting principles.
  • Collaborate on budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance and recommending cost optimizations to enhance efficiency.
  • Supervise accounts payable and receivable, including vendor management and collections to ensure timely payment and receipt of funds.
  • E nsure tax compliance and assist in preparing tax returns in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits, addressing queries and implementing improvements to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Continuously review processes for improvement and efficiency, identifying opportunities to streamline operations and reduce costs.
  • Utilize accounting software and ERP systems to manage financial data effectively, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Stay updated on accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations, applying this knowledge to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Communicate financial insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively, providing actionable recommendations to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA Inter is a plus.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho, Tally).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with capacity to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure, maintaining a high level of productivity and focus.
