Salary: $15,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Company Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our social media marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media marketing, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of leveraging social platforms to drive business growth.

Job Description:

  • Develop and Execute Social Media Strategies: Create and implement content strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to attract, nurture, and engage our target audience.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality posts, reels, and stories that align with the brand's tone and objectives.
  • DM Engagement and Lead Conversion: Actively engage with followers, respond to DMs promptly, and convert inquiries into qualified leads by understanding their pain points and recommending solutions.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement rates and conversion from social interactions.
  • Community Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with followers, ensuring timely responses and fostering a supportive and engaging online community.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align social media activities with broader business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and DM lead generation.
  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive edge.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Creative Thinker: Creative thinker with a passion for engaging content and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with Tools: Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads, email marketing, and WhatsApp marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: Experience in the health, wellness, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
  • Lead Generation Knowledge: Knowledge of lead generation funnels and CRM systems.
