Software Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced software engineering manager to lead our team and drive project success.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, budget, and quality standards
  • Partner with product management, architecture, operations, and other delivery teams for effective project launch and delivery
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, internal and external
  • Apply best practices and coding patterns for maintainable, modular, and high-quality solutions
  • Create a culture that emphasizes meeting expectations and delivering value
  • Drive automated solutions for better efficiency and process improvement
  • Develop team skills and talent
  • Manage people resources, including objectives definitions, regular check-ins, assessments, and compensation
  • Facilitate communication across functions and escalate issues promptly
  • Maintain project management documentation, including project plans, issues, risks, action items, scorecards, and project sites

Your Requirements:

  • 14+ years of experience in developing and managing core products or business applications
  • Strong domain experience in cyber security, ability to drive innovation, and take ownership of cyber security products for customers and MSP
  • Experience with content management, web development, agile development, and global delivery
  • Practical knowledge of agile/iterative development processes
  • Strong design, architecture, and coding experience
  • Hands-on experience with C++, C technologies, and good knowledge of AWS, multi-project/program management, and development
  • Able to handle large-scale and multiple products and scrum teams concurrently
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and methodologies
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, business-oriented
  • Strong leadership, people management, and mentoring skills
  • Goal-driven, plans, and manages toward achieving goals, anticipates problems and issues, and proactively drives their resolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels
  • Skilled in presentations and discussions with business and technical staff
  • Experience working in an international environment involving multiple development sites on various time zones
  • Must be confident, highly motivated, and passionate about delivery and customer satisfaction
