Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure team members can articulate a clear, compelling product vision aligned with portfolio vision
  • Monitor and guide teams and Scrum Masters in holding themselves accountable to consistently deliver value to customers
  • Work with teams and Scrum Masters to measure progress using Agile methods and influence improvement in key indicators
  • Partner with multiple teams to promote an environment of continuous improvement and innovation

Competencies:
  • Assertive: Ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to
  • Collaborative: Partner with others to achieve goals at various levels throughout the organization
  • Communicative and social: Communicate well with all levels of the organization

Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in IT industry
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile project management
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban

Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAFe RTE certification
  • Experience in a digital technology or software development environment
