DevOps Lead

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to optimize development workflows, automate infrastructure provisioning, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across development and operations teams.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and methodologies, with hands-on experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and configuration management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive DevOps strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the implementation of infrastructure automation using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Establish robust monitoring and logging mechanisms using tools like Prometheus, ELK stack, or New Relic.
  • Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices for infrastructure and application security.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience (14+ years) in a DevOps role with a track record of successfully leading DevOps initiatives and driving process improvements.
  • Proficiency in cloud computing platforms, including AWS, GCP, and related services.
  • Strong scripting and programming skills, including Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
  • Experience with containerization technologies, including Docker and container orchestration platforms.
