Job Title: Senior Technology Director

Spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technology Strategy & Vision:
    • Create and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
    • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
    • Design and implement a robust technology architecture that supports scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Team Leadership & Management:
    • Foster a high-performing team of engineers, developers, and IT professionals by providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for growth and development.
    • Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the technology department.
    • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition and performance management strategies.
  • Product Development & Delivery:
    • Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) for all products and services.
    • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions that meet customer needs.
    • Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and other departments to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Infrastructure & Operations:
    • Manage and optimize the company's IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms, networks, and data centers.
    • Implement and enforce best practices for cybersecurity, data privacy, and disaster recovery.
    • Ensure system reliability, performance, and uptime.
  • Budget & Resource Management:
    • Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
    • Negotiate contracts for technology services and products.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Communicate technology strategy, progress, and challenges to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
    • Act as a technical expert and evangelist both internally and externally.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technical projects and products. They will possess deep expertise in cloud platforms, programming languages, database technologies, DevOps practices, and cybersecurity frameworks. Additionally, they will have exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
