Role - Integration Project Manager
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in project management is required.
  • Should have a minimum of 3/4 years of project management experience.
  • Integration project execution skills are highly valued.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly valued.
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field or equivalent work experience is necessary.
  • Working experience on Java/J2EE technology or any integration technology is valuable.
Responsibilities
  • Accountable for project success and delivering quality results.
  • Detailed planning and control of project initiation, execution, monitoring and controlling and closure processes.
  • Applying project management standards, guidelines and tools effectively.
  • Ensuring project deliverables meet expectations on time, within budget and with high quality.
  • SPOC for customer and internal management teams and project stakeholders.
  • Generating dashboard reports, project status reports and MIS reports regularly.
  • Managing variances in time, quality, cost and process efficiently.
  • Effective communication with all stakeholders including internal and external parties.
  • Defining, reviewing and implementing processes that add value to the organization.
  • Establishing best practices and ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Developing KPIs aligned to customer expectations and measuring their effectiveness.
  • Guiding and mentoring project team members to enhance performance and capabilities.
  • Ensuring resource allocation, periodic review and performance appraisal processes are managed effectively.
  • Compliance with internal and external audit requirements and organizational policies.
