Role and Responsibilities:
As a MEP Project Manager at Brick & Bolt, you will be responsible for driving initiatives for revenue growth, team performance, and customer experience. This involves driving predictability and efficiency of the team and project delivery capability with a razor-sharp focus on quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Emphasize design elements that guarantee a positive client experience.
- Transform client requirements and vision into working drawings, ensuring timely closure of designs with customers.
- Review and approve architectural and design plans, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, regulations, and project specifications.
- Conduct regular design reviews to maintain consistency, quality, and design integrity across projects.
- Develop and maintain a library of Revit families based on specifications of packages in the zone and generate bills of quantities from Revit.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Architecture.
- Mandatory software: Revit, AutoCAD. Knowing Sketchup and AI to improve efficiency is an added benefit.
- Ability to develop families in Revit and maintain a library of the same.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and people management skills.
- Result-oriented, self-starter, proactive, strong motivator, collaborative, and focused on team.
- Knowledge to understand structural and MEP drawings.
