Job Title: SAP ABAP Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP Developer to work with our team at Runmap Infotech Private Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, coding, and maintaining SAP applications using ABAP programming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex SAP programs using ABAP language.
  • Work with functional consultants to understand business processes and develop technical solutions.
  • Create and modify SAP applications based on business requirements.
  • Perform SAP enhancements, reports, interfaces, and user exits.
  • Develop custom workflows, forms (SAP Script, Smart Forms), and Adobe forms.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support the user acceptance testing (UAT) process.
  • Analyze existing custom developments, propose improvements, and optimize performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP ABAP programs.
  • Provide technical support for SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, HR, etc.) and perform debugging of SAP programs.
  • Work on SAP Upgrade projects and ensure system compatibility with new enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise in system upgrades and integration.

Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and implementation.
  • Expertise in ABAP Workbench, Reports, ALV, Data Dictionary, and ABAP Objects.
  • Strong experience with SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and user exits.
  • Experience with BAPIs, BADIs, and enhancement frameworks.
  • Knowledge of IDOCs, RFCs, and OData services is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and debug ABAP code.
  • Familiarity with SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, HR is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • SAP ABAP certification is a plus.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of SAP HANA and experience with CDS views, AMDP, and Fiori development will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in SAP version upgrades and SAP S/4HANA conversion projects.
