Hiring for Lead Network Administrator - L3

Experience : 6-11 Years, Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum

Locations: Pan India.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Network Administrator to join our team at Wipro. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our network infrastructure to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement data center network architectures with business-critical applications
  • Manage escalated incidents or high critical tickets related to network operations
  • Predict risk/impact and participate in major changes to network infrastructure
  • Develop and maintain reporting and performance dashboards with capacity planning
  • Lead technical teams (5-10 members) and vendors in network-related activities
  • Transition and document network technologies from onsite to offshore environments
  • Upgrade existing network infrastructure and design new networks with Nexus switches

Technical Skills Required:

  • Expertise in designing, configuring, and implementing Data Center, Branch, and WAN network infrastructures with Nexus switches
  • SD-WAN network configuration and management experience
  • Wireless WLC/AP infrastructure management and configuration skills
  • Third-level technical support on data network-related issues
  • Expertise in switching technology with LAN and data center networking (Gigabit Ethernet, L2/L3 Switching, VLANs, STP, VTP, etc.)
  • Network IP address design and optimization expertise
  • Configuration and troubleshooting skills for routing protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP)
  • Excellent knowledge of dynamic routing and switching protocols and network troubleshooting in datacenter networks
  • Niche Technology experience like Cisco ACI, NSX, SDN, SDA, and DNAC
  • Network Security experience like Cisco ASA/Firepower Firewall, PaloAlto Firewall, ISE
  • Good knowledge of Wireless technology, DNS/DHCP/NTP, and experience in operational support for wireless controllers and APs on escalated calls
  • Experience in system platforms like Cisco Nexus, F5 BigIP, Infoblox, Riverbed, Cisco WLS
  • Configure and troubleshoot Network optimization solutions like Riverbed, Cisco WAAS, etc.
  • Experience in Network Security/Proxy Server Operational support, Juniper and AS firewall, Radware
  • Wireless network design and implementation experience
