About this role:

  • Engage in the design development of MEP services and assess constructability.
  • Review compliance with legal and statutory requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Prepare detailed bills of quantities and material take-offs from IFC drawings.
  • Verify that all materials meet technical specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to prepare technical submittals for vendors and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate with various service disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
  • Obtain approval for shop drawings and ensure contractors adhere to conditions.
  • Execute services work as per drawings, specifications, and schedule.
  • Provide value addition in vendor selection and procurement processes.
  • Install, test, and commission equipment related to electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
  • Manage handovers, ensuring completion of works as per contracts, receipt of documentation, and as-built drawings.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 4-10 years of experience in warehouse/industrial projects.
  • Technical understanding of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
  • Excellent organizational and motivational skills.
  • Attention to detail and observation ability.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
