Global Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing of orders for regional sales teams, ensuring timely issue resolution and validating demand over the horizon.

  • The ideal candidate will own the assigned orders for the region, driving all documentation related to shipments with cross-functional teams and mitigating risks and delays proactively.
  • They will analyze order status in our systems, gather information on scheduling, material receipt and dispatch schedules, and highlight potential issues that may affect defined timelines.
  • The Global Logistics Coordinator will take end-to-end ownership of assigned orders, providing detailed analysis on outstanding orders to be discussed in meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Servicing of orders for regional sales teams
  2. Validating demand over the horizon
  3. Ownership of assigned orders

Requirements:

  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Reporting (VBA Macros, Power BI)
  • Good understanding and experience in Supply Chain management, preferably in the Pharma industry
  • SAP knowledge essential
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication skills, decision-making, ability to prioritize on a dynamic basis, negotiation skills/conflict resolution, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and excellent time management skills
