Job Description

As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. This includes creating compelling content, managing social media presence, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Translate complex product and customer success stories into engaging narratives.

Marketing Collateral:
  • Design and manage decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and event materials.
  • Partner with customers to create and amplify success stories.

Social & Digital Presence:
  • Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (organic + paid).
  • Plan and execute Ads and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting enterprise accounts.

Events & Showcases:
  • Drive brand presence at industry events, conferences, and partner showcases.
  • Own pre-event communication, on-ground branding, and post-event follow-up campaigns.

Outreach & Campaigns:
  • Leverage tools to run automated outreach and nurture workflows.
  • Design and execute cold email campaigns to targeted prospects.

Measurement & Insights:
  • Track performance of brand, social, and outreach initiatives.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strengthen brand positioning.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Tech marketing, with focus on branding, communications, and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Ads, automation tools, and ABM strategies.
  • Experience creating impactful collateral and managing brand presence at events.
  • A data-driven mindset with comfort in tracking and reporting campaign impact.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
