As a seasoned admissions professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of aspiring learners by guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish meaningful connections with potential leads, assess their interest and needs, and tailor-fit solutions to suit their requirements.
  • Develop strong rapport and credibility with leads through effective communication and active listening.
  • Coordinate schedules and facilitate smooth communication between leads and admission counsellors to ensure seamless enrollment processes.
  • Accurately maintain records of lead interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech sales, preferably with a background in study abroad programs.
  • Graduation is mandatory; prior experience working on a 6-day work week is highly desirable.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an emphasis on fluency in English language.
  • Ability to listen effectively, build trust, and approach situations with patience and empathy.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM management for administrative tasks and reporting requirements.
