The Role

As the Head of Engineering, you'll be responsible for shaping the technical strategy and architecture of our AI-powered marketing solutions.

  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance systems integrated with leading APIs.
  • Evaluate and deploy machine learning models for optimization, targeting, and performance prediction.

You'll collaborate with the CEO and Product teams to drive product ideation, prioritize features, experiments, and iterations to deliver impactful results at speed.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams: engineers, AI/ML experts, DevOps, and QA.
  • Foster a culture of execution, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally with 3+ years in a leadership role at a product or SaaS company.
  • Strong understanding of AdTech/MarTech platforms—experience building tools for digital advertising is essential.
  • Deep expertise in backend systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), API integration, and modern tech stacks.
  • Solid experience with AI/ML applications in digital marketing: campaign automation, media mix modeling, audience segmentation, etc.
  • Startup mindset: comfortable working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
