  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management for our home automation products, from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors, engineering, and design, to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the overall working of the system and protocols.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Own and track the deliverables for the defined project scope and goal.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues, and escalate as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Drive product launches and feature implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of proven experience in product management roles, preferably within the IoT or home automation industry.
  • Strong technical background with a solid understanding of IoT technologies, protocols, and standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of translating business objectives into actionable product plans.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a keen interest in staying abreast of industry developments and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to drive decision-making.
