We're seeking an IT Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with expertise in hypervisor technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.

A successful candidate will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.

Additionally, they will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Oversee the desktop engineering team to provide end-user support and ensure smooth operation of desktop computing resources.
• Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of systems, and to maintain compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC2 Type 2.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective solutions that align with company objectives and compliance requirements.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, developers, desktop engineers, and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and maintain documentation and procedures for audits.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Plan and execute IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations, within budget and on schedule.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and integrate relevant advancements into the company's IT strategy to maintain a competitive edge.

• Advanced experience managing and troubleshooting VM environments, with expertise in hypervisor technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Expertise in software & hardware troubleshooting across a range of systems and platforms.
• Strong experience in network architecture and internet connectivity, including management of IP addressing, subnetting, and routing protocols.
• Proficient in Active Directory management, including group policies, user provisioning, and authentication services.
• Excellent in network administration, including configuring routers, switches, firewalls (specifically Palo Alto), and VPNs.
• Experienced with server management, including installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, and Ubuntu servers.
• Familiar with AI/ML configurations (ex: CUDA) to support data analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
• Understanding and familiarity with GPU/HPC servers.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, including threat analysis, risk assessment, incident response, and security monitoring.
• Familiarity with software development frameworks and languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript for effective collaboration with development teams.
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and services such as Azure AD, EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.
• Experience with IT service management tools and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, ServiceNow), and the ability to align IT services with business needs.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse IT team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management experience, with a track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, MCSE, RHCE, ITIL) are preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science (OR) MCA.
• 8-10 years of experience.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in leading/managing an IT team/projects.
