Senior Project Manager (Talent Acquisition)

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of high-quality results.

  • Leads cross-functional project teams to deliver strategic initiatives and supports key business objectives through effective planning, coordination, and execution of multiple tasks and resources.
  • Develops and implements comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies to ensure alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, as well as develops and maintains project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and issue logs.
  • Communicates effectively with team members, sponsors, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates on project progress, addressing any concerns or issues that arise, and escalating critical matters as needed.
  • Maintains a proactive approach to risk management, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
  • Oversees the development and implementation of quality assurance and control processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, Gantt charts, and resource allocation plans.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including providing guidance and direction, resolving conflicts, and recognizing individual contributions.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members, through regular communication, active listening, and transparent decision-making.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks to the project, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution of any issues that arise.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices by implementing robust quality assurance and control processes.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage competing demands on resources.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
