Role : UCCE Engineer

Summary :

We are seeking an experienced UCCE specialist to collaborate with our team in designing and implementing seamless customer experiences. If you have a strong background in Cisco Contact Center Enterprise components and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5–10 Years

Notice Period: 45–60 Days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, install and configure UCCE components including ICM, CVP, CUIC, Finesse, CCMP, VVB, CUSP
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop efficient call flows
  • Provide consulting and technical support to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UCCE components and deployments
  • Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to high-level architecture planning

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in installation and configuration of UCCE components
  • Strong consulting skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Basic troubleshooting and design knowledge of UCCE components and call flows

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • High-level design understanding of UCCE architecture
  • In-depth knowledge of CVP deployment model call flows
