Job Overview

Skillful Security Compliance Manager

This role seeks a skilled and accomplished security compliance professional to oversee the implementation of robust end-to-end security audits, assessments and compliance initiatives across various applications, infrastructure, and organizational processes.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring our systems, applications, and business operations are secure, compliant and in line with both internal policies and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills and ability to interpret complex security configurations in layman's terms.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in cloud security and risk assessment, audit/compliance, application security assessments preferably in BFSI domain. Strong exposure to AWS cloud infrastructure is also a must.

A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, Data Science or a related field is required along with 5+ years of experience working in this field.

  • Technical assessments and cloud infrastructure security checklists for new clients.
  • Analysing detailed cloud security and compliance questionnaires.
  • Maintaining documentation and templates for commonly requested BFSI assessment artifacts.
  • Managing and completing security questionnaires from clients, vendors and partners.
  • Evaluating vendor security and compliance by reviewing their responses and supporting documentation.
  • Identifying potential security risks within the company's IT infrastructure, applications and services.

We require an individual who can communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensure adherence to security standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR and SOC2, and prepare detailed reports summarizing findings from security assessments and risk analysis.

This position requires a strong security-first mindset, discipline and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should have a builder's DNA and be able to mentor others in security best practices.
