Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to join our team.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Business Analysts to develop, schedule and implement Service Cloud capabilities that support business campaigns. They will work on the Salesforce Lightning Platform, mentoring others in the platform and its development environment.

This role involves assisting in developing and maintaining Service Cloud/Marketing Cloud interfaces, requiring basic programming skills in Ampscript. The candidate will utilize CRM interfaces for seamless guest experience tracking, customizing Build-A-Bear's shopping experience accordingly.

In addition, they will cooperate with IT Development Teams, utilizing their strong analytical reasoning skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in APIs and Web Services is required.
  • Candidates must possess a customer-focused attitude and be flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Strong tenacity and commitment to tasks are essential, as well as a self-disciplined approach.
