Program Management Leader

 

Making a positive impact on road safety requires strategic leadership and expert program management. As a seasoned Program Manager, you will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs aimed at creating Zero Fatality Districts and Corridors across the country.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for improving road safety. If you are a visionary leader with excellent interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals in creating Zero Fatality Districts and Corridors.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and partners.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, refine program strategies based on analysis and feedback, and drive organizational growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Urban Planning, Engineering, Transportation Planning, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the non-profit sector or related field.
  • Superior stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience in high-level negotiations.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
